Positive experiences with brands are few and far between these days. Feeling good after an interaction with a brand can change your day, week, month, and sometimes, entire life. In an ever-evolving world where businesses are competing for consumers’ wallets, creating a differentiated and impactful customer experience has never been more essential.
As nerdy as it sounds, this is the stuff that gets me out of bed in the morning. I’m super passionate about designing experiences that put a smile on someone’s face, have people posting about it on social media, telling all of their friends about it, and coming back for more.
The case studies and brand reviews captured here were a natural progression from my unwavering passion for stellar experiences, no matter how small or large. Like the interaction I have with Bree, who sells me bouquets of marigolds from the flower farm in her backyard in Detroit, or the feeling I get when Delta texts me updates on my bag’s every move throughout my trip from DTW to SFO.
Delivering a great customer experience does not happen by accident; there are a lot of pieces to the puzzle. My posts here will highlight brands across various industries that are doing things the right way; creating unparalleled experiences. I’ll explain it all in a digestible way, even if you aren’t a CX nut like me and include some ideas for how to make these experiences even better, or copy and paste them into your own line of work.
I hope you’ll leverage this space for inspiration on improving your CX, a reminder of how impactful your CX is, and suggestions on replicating and tweaking these pieces to fit into your puzzle.

All opinions and suggestions expressed here are my own and are separate and not reflective of my employer.
The case studies written here are formed through my firsthand customer experience with the brand, deep secondary research, or a combination of the two.
No person or company is perfect all of the time, and your experiences with these brands may look different than what I’ve discovered or experienced. That’s okay!
Feedback is highly encouraged and welcome. Please comment, DM me on LinkedIn, or send me an email - I’d love to hear your thoughts on how I can make this space better.
